I bought a gun online or from another state and need it shipped, how do I do that?

So you have bought a firearm and it needs to be shipped from the seller. In order for us to have the weapon shipped we will need to contact the seller and give him our Federal Firearms License information. All Title 1 Firearm transfers are $35.

I want a machine gun or suppressor I found in another state, how could I get it?

We also handle Class III firearms. Simply contact us we will get your paperwork started. All we need is the sellers contact information.  Remember, the bonus with having us handle your Class III is we allow you to fire the weapon or suppressor while it is being transferred to you by the ATF.

Do I need a License to own a machine gun or suppressor?

No, individuals may own machineguns and suppressors in states that allow them too. Georgia allows individuals to own them. Once you find a machine gun or suppressor to buy you will more than likely need to fill out a form4 from the ATF. A form4 transfers a Class III firearm from one owner to another in the same state. A form3 transfers a Class III firearm from one dealer to another. The Firing Lane charges $85 to do Class III paperwork.

What does Class III paperwork consist of?

A normal Form4 requires 2 copies. The buyer must do 2 sets of fingerprint cards, attach 1 passport size photo to each copy, have the Sheriff of the county the buyer lives in sign the each copy, and finally a $200 check made payable to the BATF. After this process is complete bring the form back to The Firing Lane and we will complete the transfer.
